Shipping & Return Policy

- Domestic -

Our shipping department can ship to any street address or P.O. box within the continental United States of America. Shipping is FREE for pins and patches. Standard shipping is $4.99 for all other orders under $25 and typically arrives between 3-10 business days.

Standard service is provided with final delivery mostly via the United States Postal Service but some apparel may ship DHL. Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business days depending on your address, Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email, so you can track your order.

- International -

All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via United States Postal Service. We will issue tracking numbers for most, but remember that tracking information typically will not become available until after the package is delivered. Some orders with free shipping such as patches and pins may not have tracking Shipping rates are subject to changes based on delivery locations.

You are liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. We will not collect taxes or duties from you. It is your responsibility to look into your country and/or local policies of taxes and duties, and to abide by those laws. It is your responsibility to know if your country’s Customs Department permits the shipment of our products, and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if you refuse it, or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

- Processing Time -

We ship out products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (except on holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day. All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via USPS First Class, Media Mail, or Priority Mail. We provide delivery tracking information on most orders. Delivery times will vary based on the area. It takes roughly three to seven business days once your order leaves our processing center.

- Third-Party Shipping -

If you choose to use a third-party shipping service, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, and/or shipping costs that may be imposed. Vinyl Lovers Unite is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of a third-party shipping service.

- Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Packages -

Vinyl Lovers Unite can not be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided for an order. If you think your package has been misplaced, contact us. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.

- Incorrect Shipping Addresses -

During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We cannot be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Vinyl Lovers Unite is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If the order has not shipped out by the time you contact us, we can alter the address, and prevent any potential shipping errors.

International Destinations -

Please allow an additional two to three days for delivery to these faraway locations.

- Cancellation Policy -

When we receive a confirmed order, we will begin to process it as soon as possible. This can make it somewhat difficult for us to make various changes. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, products may not be able to be edited. Please contact Customer Service if you have any specific needs regarding cancellations, and we will do our best to assist you.

- Exchanges and Returns -

Vinyl Lovers Unite stands behind every product we offer. We know that although a large majority of customers love our products, a few people may not be satisfied. You may return your order for any reason, within 10 days of your purchase, minus shipping and handling. To refund your order, you must let Vinyl Lovers Unite know of your decision to return. You may begin this by messaging our Customer Service. If you simply send the product(s) back without informing us of the full order details, you revoke this right.

Vinyl Lovers Unite reserves the right to offer potential product exchange opportunities, in lieu of a refunded return, if a customer contacts Customer Service with the specifics of an exchange request, and we are able to fulfill that request. There is no guarantee that we can fulfill an exchange request. By purchasing, you agree to product exchange limitations.

Customer refunds can take between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the day we receive the product, or if you have provided us with verifiable proof that you shipped the product back to us (tracking), the refund will take between fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days from the day that we confirm your shipment information. Any item that appears to be purchased from an unauthorized seller will not be accepted or covered by our return policy. You must return the products within the specified period of time that we allow, along with all available original packaging, manuals, other accessories, and/or documentation which may have been originally included in the original shipment, the receipt, and a note containing your name, address, and details about the return to:

- Checking Your Order Status -

When your order is shipped, we will send you the shipment tracking information, and an official confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped within one to two business days after you order (holidays and weekends not included). Your order should arrive within three to eight business days after shipment, but this may vary. You can track your order at the shipping carrier’s website. Carrier may take up to 72 hours to scan and update tracking information.
